g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party: there was a sheen reported to the FRT (Facility Response Team) and then to Reporting Party, at pier 6 and 7 an oil sheen was discovered 80 ft x 2 ft. It is a dark colored sheen with no smell. It did go outside the boom, pads were placed but it is unrecoverable. It is near the USS Anchorage.
