Orignal Description:Reporting party states they received large amounts of rain and snowfall and the plant is hydraulically overloaded. The plant is releasing recycled effluent at 150 gallons per minute into an unnamed creek behind the Grass Valley Waste Water Treatment Plant. The release is ongoing and RP will provide updates when the release has stopped.
