g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, a third party contractor damaged a 1/2 inch plastic gas line with a miniature excavator. The release began at 1430 in the afternoon, and at 1440 it was stopped. There was no vapor visible, and there was no fire or explosion. 10 construction workers were evacuated from the site. SoCalGas personnel stopped the gas and repaired the line.
