g. DESCRIPTION: Per the NRC Report : "Caller reported that a single rail car was pushed into a security gate of a refinery from the adjacent facility, knocking the gate over. No materials released, no derailments. Caller did not know the cost of damages or details about the train car ID, milepost/subdivision." Remedial Actions: "The suspected responsible party (SRP) had placed the gate back up and secured it with cargo strapping. Reporting Party (RP) further secured it with padlocks and chains, and on Monday the gate will be fixed by maintenance."
