Orignal Description:Per Reporting Party : A 3rd party contractor struck a 3 inch plastic service line while excavating causing the release. So Cal Gas crew is on scene working to secure the release; no estimate on release secure time, reporting party will call back with update. The Fire Department is on scene and has evacuated 75 people from a commercial factory building; unknown name business. There are no road closures.

SITUATION UPDATE:
Per Reporting Party : The gas has been shut off. The leak was secured at 13:45 by So Cal Gas Company crew on scene. The fire department has cleared the scene. The employees that had been evacuated from the building have gone home for the day.
