g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party: Report came in to State Parks Department complaining that there is tar balls all around the beach. This is between San Clemente Beach and about a mile at the high water mark. They also spread out all the way towards Califia Park Parking lot access point. The tar balls vary in size; smaller than a baseball but bigger than a golf ball. Per reporting party there was no sheen or any release seen in the water only on the beach. Wild life was not seen to be affected.
