g. DESCRIPTION: Per the NRC report: "The caller stated that a they discovered a minor sheen from a vessel after power washing efforts were conducted on the vessel. The amount of material that released is unknown to the caller. That caller suspects that the material released from the deck drain on the vessel. The material released into San Diego Bay." Remedial Actions: "The caller stated that they will sample and recoever the material in question." Vessel Name: USS Boxer.

Per the reporting party: Information from the NRC report is incorrect. There is not enough of the material to sample and is being allowed to dissipate naturally as opposed to being recovered.
