DESCRIPTION: Per the NRC report: "The caller reported that a fishing vessel was drifting on the Pacific Ocean for several days, and then flipped and grounded itself on the rocks at the incident location. The caller reported the odor of gasoline coming from the vessel, but no sheen was observed. The material is unconfirmed as gasoline." Remedial Actions: "An investigation is underway.
