Orignal Description:Per reporting party: due to a collision of car vs pole, causing the pole to fall over and releasing about 70 gallons of mineral oil out to the surrounding area. No waterways were impacted.

Per NRC report: Caller states approx. 70 gallons of non pcb mineral oil was released onto the soil next to the road from a pole mounted transformer. A vehicle struck a utility pole causing the release. Remedial Action: The spill is contained. Clean up underway
