Per NRC Report: Caller stated m/v fortitude struck an outfall pipe and loss their running gear. This caused the vessel to become beached. The incident occurred at the Hyperion treatment plant. There were four (4) pob's and a dog on the vessel that were rescued. No injuries or release of material being reported at this time.

REMEDIAL ACTION: 4 pob's and a dog were rescued, tow boat us will start salvage
process today and get the vessel to dry land by tomorrow (4dec23), coast guard was also notified of the incident.
