g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party: A contractor was disassembling a stationary unit at a decommissioned substation and damaged the bushing of the tank in the process. This caused a release of Sulfur Hexaflouride (SF6) into the atmosphere. The maximum amount that the tank can hold is 15 lbs. This material is odorless and colorless and is not hazardous. The material is unrecoverable.
