g. DESCRIPTION: Per Reporting Party : a single train car derailed on a service line in a train yard resulting in 1 wheel coming off the track, the car remained upright. It is a an empty hopper car, #FCTX805890. While crews were attempting to trouble shoot the issue on the track by sending another train car over same area that train car derailed as well. A single wheel came off the track and car remained upright. The second rail car is also an empty hopper car, #MQRX113333. There was no hazmat release in either incident. The second train car incident occurred at 14:45. No train delays.
