Per the reporting party: Train (LVAT30) was traveling west at approximately ten (10) miles per hour (MPH) with 15 loads. Rail broke under the 9th car causing it to derail. Cars 10 thru 14 then derailed Up right behind . No Hazmat was released, no waterways were impacted.
