Orignal Description:Per NRC report: The caller is reporting an unknown sheen from an unknown source in lake merritt. The caller states there is a hazmat team on scene and they states the sheen is coming down the street from a storm drain into lake merritt Sheen Color: Rainbow Redemial Action : Booms applied, absorbents applied, clean up crew on-site, clean up underway, investigation underway

Per the reporting party: Hazmat team determined the sheen to be petroleum based, booms have been applied as previously reported and will be placed until there is full collection of the substance or until the rain ceases.
