g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, the recent weather event caused rainfall to flow into the rear of the trail, mixing with used motor oil. This mixture was released onto the asphalt, flowing toward the seawall, and subsequently spilling over into San Francisco Bay at Ayala Cove. The release has been stopped and contained. Vista Recreation, the responsible party, will manage the cleanup efforts.
