g. DESCRIPTION: A Reporting Party spotted a light colored sheen in the San Diego Harbor off the coast of Cesar Chavez Park. The source of the sheen is unknown. The sheen was described as very light in color. San Diego Harbor Police responded and the sheen dissipated naturally.
