Orignal Description:Per the reporting party, due to reasons unknown sewage is releasing from a manhole at a 25 gallon per minute rate. The release is flowing onto asphalt and into a storm drain. At the time of this report it is unknown where the drain leads to. The Los Angles County Public Works is on scene to handle the situation. At the time of this report the release is not stopped and contained.

SITUATION UPDATE:
Per reporting party, A total of 3,000 gallons were released, impacting a storm drain that leads to a private drain. The release was stopped before it reached the Santa Clara River, with the spill concluding at 12:30 PM.
