g. DESCRIPTION: Caller states a 3rd party contractor cut through a 1/2 inch plastic service line due to human error causing a release of natural gas. Release has been stopped at 1335 hours but not contained with no waterways impacted. There were 50 people evacuated from small businesses located in the area. LAPD had a street closure at Abbot Kinney Blvd From W Minster Ave to Palms Blvd but was lifted at 1430 hours.
