Orignal Description:Per reporting party, a tanker truck was releasing approximately 20 gallons of diesel from one of its tanks impacting the roadway and dirt shoulder. Release has been stopped and contained with no impacts into waterways. Clean up is underway from the suspected responsible party Hazmat Dept. No further hazards reported at this time.

SITUATION UPDATE:
Per reporting party approximately 4 gallons diesel did make impacts into a storm drain. The release into the drain has been neutralized and contractors are en route for clean up of the remaining on the shoulder.
