Orignal Description:Multiple units at the listed refinery shut down due to an earthquake that occurred south southeast of Pleasant Hill, CA. The incident resulted in an ongoing flaring event. No injuries were reported and no evacuations of the facility were necessary. On-site personnel are in the process of addressing the problem. A Community Warning System Level 1 has been issued. No off-site consequences are anticipated.

The flaring event subsided at 2335 hours PDT on 10/14/2019. After further review of this event, it was determined the release did not exceed the Reportable Quantity of 500 pounds. No other information was updated.
