Per NRC: "CALLER IS REPORTING THAT A VESSEL IS AGROUND AND FLIPPED OVER DUE TO SEVERE WAVE CONDITIONS. CALLER STATED THERE IS NO CONFIRMED MATERIAL RELEASE BUT RATHER REPORTING THIS INCIDENT AS A POTENTIAL RELEASE OF MATERIAL: " REMEDIAL ACTIONS "CRANED THE BOAT OUT."
