Orignal Description:Caller states a motor vessel had a fuel leak due to a mechanical failure causing 2-3 gallons of red dye diesel to release into the bilge and was pumped form the bildge pump onto Channel Island Harbor. Release has been stopped but not contained with waterways impacted. Released material is considered unrecoverable.
