g. DESCRIPTION: Per NRC report: Caller is reporting a rainbow sheen along with a milky whitish / brown substance on the ground. The material is going into a culvert that leads to a creek. There is also a strong odor of diesel fuel in the air. The source of the release is coming from a location where the company trucks are parked. The cause of release is unknown at this time. Remedial Action: Called pacific power and they said it would take up to 7-10 days for a response
