*This report is a duplicate of Cal OES Spill Report #20-1649 dated 03/23/2020. The duplication of this report is intentional. Due to the enormous amount of report updates generated for this incident, the file has reached its limitations. Therefore, a copy of the original report (#20-1649) was created and assigned Cal OES Spill Report #21-1190. Cal OES Spill Report 22-0840 was utilized from 02/11/2022 to 11/28/2022. This report number, #22-6978, was utilized from 11/28/2022 to 02/14/2023.

Incident Description:
RP states a surface expression from a seep caused the release, the material went into secondary containment and is covered, netted and secured, no waterways were impacted, the release is ongoing intermittently, there is no estimated time of when the release will be stopped, on site contractor personnel handling cleanup, no pipeline or well involved.

RP states a total of 720 barrels was released from Guage Setting #5 02/28/20, reactivation flow location since 03/21/20. For the volume of fluid released from this location released before 03/21/20 refer to Cal OES SPILL: 19-7186. This new report is generated per CALGEM'S request. Additional comments from and after 03/21/20 this new event number tracks the volume associated with the 02/28/20 reactivation of the 19-7186 event.
