g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party: Due to a vehicle fire, a five gallon container of the released material (code UN#2468, oxidizer 5.1) was potentially damaged in the bed of a truck. This material potentially mixed with the water utilized in putting out the fire and could be leaking out of the truck and onto the ground. The water is also moving towards a dry water run-off area. There is no official determination of whether the material has released this far and there is no current action being taken to contain the material. The on scene fire dept. personnel have shut down the second lane however there is no hard road closure.
