g. DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party : There was a release of partially treated sewage due a fault in the MBR system at a waste water treatment plant. The material released from an aeration basin into city owned farm land. The release has been stopped and contained. The area of the spill has been cordoned off. The responsible party will be handling clean up. No waterways were affected. The MBR system has been repaired and normal functions have been restored to the plant.
