Orignal Description:Per the reporting party: A blockage occurred in a sewage pipe causing an estimated 1,000 gallons of sanitary sewage to release onto an unpaved surface. No waterways or storm drains were impacted. It is unknown what material is causing the blockage. The release is ongoing and the blockage has not been broken up yet. Updates will be provided.

SITUATION UPDATE:
Per reporting party, caller called to update the release of the quantity to 9,800 gallons of sewage. 2000 gallons of it impacted soil and the remaining quantity made impacts into a creek Arroyo Viejo Creek. Release has been stopped and deemed unrecoverable
