g. DESCRIPTION: Reporting Party States a dump truck went off an off ramp through a barrier and crashed 75 feet below into a dry riverbed. The crash caused a spill of 95 gallons, but San Diego County Environmental Health was able to recover 65 gallons. A contractor removed the soil that was collected.
