DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party: A driver operating a tractor trailer ran over road debris which punctured the vehicle's saddle tanks causing 248 gallons of diesel to release onto the roadway and onto nearby soil. The driver was taken to the hospital for examination. It is unknown if any waterways or storm drains were impacted or if any remedial actions were taken. CHP is on scene conducting investigation. Clean Harbors was contacted to conduct cleanup.
