g. DESCRIPTION: Per Reporting party: There was a release of asbestos due to third party contractors digging and striking an Southern California Edison electrical conduit about 4 inches wide. The asbestos released at 1315 into the atmosphere, the release is stopped and contained. Southern California Edison are enroute for repairs. Edison will coordinate clean up with air resource district. No evacuations, fires, or injuries reported. No waterways were impacted.
