g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, on 07/08/2024, at 1000 in the morning, a root blockage caused an 8 inch terra cotta main line clean out to spill the reported amount of sewage. The spill was stopped at 1130 the same morning. The spill impacted the asphalt on the road at the incident location and a storm drain which flows to Cosgrove Creek. Most of the reported sewage impacted the storm drain. Valley Springs PUD performed the clean-up, repaired the blockage and disinfected the spill site.
