g. DESCRIPTION: | Per the reporting party, on 11/30/2024 at approximately 1000 in the morning, the listed Chevron Station experienced a gasoline spill when a customer attempted to fuel their vehicle. The station personnel are not aware of what caused the spill. After reviewing the video footage, the Health and Environmental Specialist suspects that the vehicle had a hole in the fuel tank. The spill impacted the concrete pad at the Chevron Station. Chevron personnel performed the clean up by utilizing absorbent material and placing it in waste disposal containers. No waterways were impacted. | ||
