Orignal Description:Per Reporting Party : there was a traffic accident involving a single semi truck pulling a trailer transporting apples. Both fuel saddle tanks on the semi tractor ruptured causing a release of diesel. The diesel impacted the soil on side of roadway; no waterways impacted. There were no roadway closures; it is unknown who is handling clean up. Reporting party advised that 10 gallons released from one saddle fuel tank and approximately 90 gallons released from the other.

SITUATION UPDATE:
Per Reporting Party : The updated amount of spilled diesel fuel is approximately 195 gallons. No waterways impacted; only soil on the side of roadway. Clean up is being arranged by responsible party.
