g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party: Due to a collision of a semi truck with a truck, the saddle tank ruptured causing a release of 50 gallons of diesel on to the roadway. The semi landed on its side and was carrying carrots that have scattered across the road, unknown the amount. Lane 1 and 2 are closed at SB 99. No waterways were impacted.
