g. DESCRIPTION: Per the NRC report, the caller reported that a westbound commuter train struck a trespasser resulting in unknown injuries because the individual refused medical attention. The incident occurred at a grade crossing with gates and lights. The device was operational, and the DOT Crossing Number is 750603S. There is a passenger train delay, and the passengers will remain on board. It was a Metro Link train, and the train number is M229 of the 16th. The investigation is underway. There was no derailment or release of Hazmat.
