g. DESCRIPTION: | Per the reporting party: Train MRVHK of the 29th, Locomotive UP7624 struck a trespasser walking along the train tracks causing one fatality. There is no derailment or Hazmat release. This incident did occur on a passenger line which was closed for an investigation by Yuba County Sheriff's Dept. and UPRR special agents. At the time of the report, the investigation was concluding and the line was to be reopened shortly. | ||
