Orignal Description:Per the reporting party: A stored Union Pacific Locomotive ( 4265 ) rolled with out a crew thru a sliding track, switch, and onto an extension track where it collided with a autorack (CTTX695080). No derailment or injuries. There is a report of a minor hydraulic leak. This incident is under investigation and occurred at the Mira Loma Yard.

SITUATION UPDATE:
Per the NRC Report : "Caller is reporting an uncontrolled movement just outside of the railyard on siding tracks. Caller stated a single locomotive rolled from a siding track to another siding track. The locomotive then struck an auto rack. The auto rack was part of a cut of rail cars not a part of a freight train. No injuries or fatalities reported. Caller stated there was a spill of hydraulic oil due to this incident. No waterways impacted."

Released Material : "Hydraulic Oil" Quantity Released: ".75 Gallons".
Remedial Actions : "Clean up crew on site."
