DESCRIPTION: | Per reporting party, a fire at a car dealership and repair shop, caused an unknown rainbow sheen due to the fire dept using approximately 180,000 gallons of water to extinguish the fire. The mixture of water and oil went into a nearby storm drain which leads to the Pacific Ocean. Beach Boulevard is currently closed between Garfield Ave and Yorktown Ave. Clean up will be conducted by County Hazmat. | ||
