g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, 3/4 inch riser was damaged by a hand wagon and is now releasing an unknown amount of natural gas into the atmosphere. SoCal Gas was notified at 2055. A total of 40 residents have been evacuation from the complex. Local fire department is on scene. SoCal Gas crews are en route to handle the incident. No waterways have been impacted. No injuries are being reported.
