g. DESCRIPTION: A loaded freight tractor-trailer veered off the highway and struck a pole, causing the truck to roll onto its side and come to a stop on the highway shoulder. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) and the county fire department are currently on the scene, and an investigation is ongoing. No fires or injuries have been reported, and no waterways have been affected. At the time of the incident, the trailer was carrying 1-gallon containers of milk, totaling 80,000 lbs in weight. Some milk was released onto the soil, though the exact amount is still unknown. The trucking company responsible for the vehicle will oversee the cleanup efforts. No road closures have been required.
