Reporting party states 7, 55 gallons drums marked as non-classified material were placed on the property next to his. The barrels are labled: Contaminated sewage, soil, debris, with Clean Harbors Environmental. Reporting party states he does not believe they are leaking, and he is unsure who placed them there. He states they showed up three days ago. He has previously contacted Marin County Health Department and City of Marin without any response.
