g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, an unhoused individual dumped motor oil directly into a storm drain at the listed location which was near a liquor store and a residential area. The City of Sacramento Streets Division utilized a vacuum truck to remove the oil from the drain. The oil was mitigated from the storm drain, and the clean-up was completed by the City of Sacramento Streets Division.
