g. DESCRIPTION: Per NRC Report: Caller stated vehicles at a recycling facility are discharging diesel fumes into the air. There is a lot of smoke releasing from a tractor trailer at this location. This occurs on a daily basis. There is also a release of dust into the air as well. Remedial Actions: Called a local state agency but no actions were taken.
