DESCRIPTION: Per NRC Report: The caller reported a discharge of approximately 20 gallons of gasoline, and approximately 5 gallons of an unknown oil from a passenger suv (jeep cherokee) into the pacific ocean at the incident location. The caller stated the vehicle intentionally drove over the cliff into the water. The driver of the vehicle did sustain an injury, and will be transported to the hospital.
