g. DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party : A 55 gallon drum containing used oil was tipped over causing the contents to leak out (it was not known how full the drum initially was). The material impacted the asphalt on the roadway and an unknown amount went into the storm drain; it is unknown where the storm drain leads. The release has been stopped; the material that did not enter the storm drain has been contained. A city utilities crew is on site handling clean up.
