DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party: A vehicle hit a pad mounted transformer in the parking lot of an apartment complex causing the transformer to catch fire and release the material onto asphalt and concrete. No storm drains or waterways were affected. The fire department to the scene and extinguished the fire. The release has been stopped. It is unknown if anyone was injured in the vehicle accident. There were no evacuations. The police department also responded to the scene. A contractor is in route to handle clean up.
