Per the NRC Report : "Grade crossing accident involving a passenger train and an abandoned white van. A service delay took place for 15 minutes. Caller states there was no material release and there is no potential for a
release." Remedial Actions : "Local personnel responded, removed the vehicle and train continued on it's way."
