g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, a freight train struck a pedestrian, not at a crossing, which resulted in injuries. The pedestrian will be transported to a hospital. The train number is ZWSPNBY 230, and the locomotive number is BNSF 8212. The train was traveling west on a double main track. The train will be delayed for at least an hour.

Per the NRC report, the caller states a freight train struck a trespasser on the main line. The trespasser sustained injuries requiring hospital attention. The incident did occur on a passenger service line, however no delays expected. Investigation is underway.
