g. DESCRIPTION: During a service operation, the operator of a portable toilet cleaning truck reported a fuel odor emanating from a portable toilet unit to the local fire department. The department responded to the site, isolated the unit, and confirmed that diesel fuel had been dumped into the tank. Cleanup efforts are currently being coordinated.
