g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, a tractor-trailer truck went off the side of the road into a ditch causing a trail of oil that was approximately 276 feet long by 2.5 feet wide. The spill impacted soil and a storm drain. Graymar Environmental Services will be performing the clean-up. There was one injured individual, and EMS was on scene. The injured party was transported to Barstow Community Hospital.
